We were asked for the conversion of a family house in Zurich from the year 1954. In collaboration with the architect Stefan Müller, we planned the preliminary project. The age of this property with its distribution of space and the ideas and wishes of the building owner, have also provided for changes in static terms.

This led us to entrust the task and the management of the project to an experienced architectural firm. RAUMTAKT Architekten GmbH with Stefan Müller took over the overall management for the construction project, whereby we always developed the design in close cooperation.

In accordance with the project division in the architecture contract according to the SIA, we completed the construction model in the scale 1:20 and took over the construction supervision, cost control and commissioning of the object in the construction phase.
