COFFEE TABLE

 [ DE ]

This coffeetable was designed and manufactured as a part of an overall concept for a dwelling facility. Made of plywood and covered with oak wood veneer, it fits seamlessly into the living landscape. The smoke glass plate is only inserted and creates an exciting contrast. The magazines under the tinted glass are thus concealed in a refined manner. The table is suspended in the runners and the sides of the table are pulled together by the weight of the glass plate so that a solid connection of all parts is created.

The rather extensive redesign of this condominium included several different upholstery works. The fauteuils, which have been family-owned for generations, have been used with the same fabric used by the Italian manufacturer for the newly-acquired and modern sofa. When we had telephoned with the manufacturer in Italy, there was nothing to prevent the supply of material. The sideboard, fitted into a niche designed specifically for the vinyl record and CD collection, was also fitted with a TV lift system. We accompanied our customers, of course, to an extensive shopping tour through all the furniture and were always at hand with him.
